Seller and agreement

ApplyApp is the seller and service provider. By using ApplyApp products or purchasing ApplyNotes Cloud, you agree to these terms and applicable law.

Local products and accounts

ApplyNotes local features do not require an account. You are responsible for maintaining secure access to an optional Cloud account and for keeping appropriate backups of important local data.

Subscription

ApplyNotes Cloud costs USD 5.99 per month, renews automatically each month until canceled, includes 25 GiB of storage, and has no annual plan or free trial at launch. Taxes may apply. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payment status and Cloud limits

If payment becomes past due or unpaid, Cloud may become read-only and new uploads or sync writes may stop. Local features remain available. When storage is full, new media uploads stop while existing content remains readable, downloadable, and deletable.

Retention and account deletion

After Cloud entitlement ends, Cloud content remains read-only for 90 days and then becomes eligible for permanent deletion. Confirmed Cloud account deletion removes Cloud account data and Cloud copies; it does not delete local device data. Infrastructure backups may remain for up to seven days.

Refunds

Prorated refunds are not normally provided. First purchases, duplicate charges, or erroneous charges may be submitted for review within seven days. Applicable statutory rights are not limited. See the full refund policy.

Native Companion

The optional Windows x64 Native Companion extends capture beyond the browser. It is provided without an Authenticode signature in version 1.2.1, so Windows may show a SmartScreen warning. Verify the published checksum and install only from the official download page.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt services, bypass access controls or quotas, access another person's data, distribute malware, violate rights, or use products unlawfully.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material subscription changes will be disclosed as required by law.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, ApplyApp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the products. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
