Request account deletion

You can request deletion without access to the ApplyNotes app. Email support@applyapp.cc from the email address associated with your ApplyNotes account. Use the subject “Delete my ApplyNotes account” and state that you want the account and its Cloud data permanently deleted.

We may ask you to verify control of the account before starting deletion. Do not send your password, email one-time passcode, session token, payment-card details, or backup files to support.

Before deletion can complete

If the account has an active, trialing, or past-due ApplyNotes Cloud subscription, it must be canceled and the entitlement must end before account deletion can complete. Support can explain the applicable cancellation step for your account. This page does not start a new purchase or subscription.

What deletion covers

After verification and any required subscription step, the account-deletion process removes:

• The ApplyNotes authentication account and active account sessions.
• Cloud copies of Notes, Journals, Projects, and structured content.
• Cloud images, media, documents, and supported files associated with the account.
• Cloud sync, device, storage, entitlement, and related account metadata.
• Associated billing customer data that the deletion service is able and required to remove.

Information that may remain temporarily

Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. Deleted information may also remain temporarily in restricted infrastructure backups until those backups expire. We do not use retained records to continue providing the deleted account.

Local device data is separate

Account deletion removes the account and its Cloud copies; it does not erase Notes, Journals, Projects, images, files, exports, or backups already stored locally on your devices. Remove local copies separately on each device if you no longer want them.

Uninstalling the Android app or Chrome extension is not an account-deletion request. Likewise, deleting the Cloud account does not uninstall ApplyNotes or remove independent exported files.

Delete Cloud data without deleting the account

ApplyNotes also has a separate capability for deleting Cloud data while retaining the account. This action may require an eligible subscription state. Contact support if you need help choosing between Cloud-data deletion and full account deletion.
