Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues through that date.

Refunds

Prorated refunds are not normally offered. You may contact support within seven days of a first purchase, duplicate charge, or erroneous charge to request review. A review does not guarantee a refund except where required by law or where a duplicate or erroneous charge is confirmed.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
