What syncs
Notes, Journal entries, images, screenshots, and related organization data can be privately backed up and synchronized across authorized devices.
Optional Cloud
Private backup and sync, under your control.
Cloud is opt-in and paid. ApplyNotes remains useful locally without an account or subscription.
25 GiB storage
When the quota is reached, new media uploads stop. Existing Cloud content remains readable, downloadable, and deletable, and local features continue working.
Cancellation and retention
Cancellation applies at the end of the billing period. After entitlement ends, Cloud content remains read-only for 90 days for export or deletion, then becomes eligible for permanent deletion.
Delete your account
After explicit confirmation, Cloud account data and Cloud copies are deleted. Data stored locally on your devices is not deleted by the Cloud account-deletion action.
